Davinder was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, his knowledge of beds etc was superb and we were sorted out with the bed of our choice (from 4 to choose from) in a very short time. Coffee or tea were offered twice; a nice touch. Davinder is to be commended for his complete knowledge and personality. Great shopping experience.

The lady what came to see if I was ok it was only her second day there,she did amazing she helped me choose the correct bed and mattrace and she was really nice,I was asked if I wanted tea,coffee,or a bottle of water,I would recommend dreams to anyone the order I placed was for my mom who is really poorly and they got the quickest date for delivery and also give a discount on some cool pillows aswell thanku very much xxcx

I hate shopping for things and really don't like being pounced upon, the staff just let me know that they were there to help and they didn't make me feel agitated, they gave me space to look around and then helped us out with our questions etc. The staff were very friendly, would go there again

Angelo at the Wolverhampton store was very helpful. Knew he’s products and was very friendly.

The staff were highly trained and their assistance was very helpful with their know-how over the product. And they were equally very friendly. With this type of behaviour of this staff I would be happy to come back again.

accidently ordered wrong size bed/mattress. Took along time to rectify the issue but the staff were super helpful and called me at home after to keep me informed as to what was going on
