The salesman was available with any questions we had, without being pushy. He shared the information of a mattress we enquired about on the screen in store for the material content and demonstrated the bed frame well. They were there when we needed them without following us around the store, which I really dislike. All in all, they were responsive and professional

I was very pleased with the staff because they were very helpful as soon as we walk in at the Bentley bridge way in Wolverhampton where I bought the bed from, but the one in Wednesbury closes too me, when I went there first there were 4 staff and nobody asked if you would like any help, really bad customer service.

The member of staff in Dreams Wolverhampton, (Angelo) was very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. Angelo took time in understanding our needs and showed us the options we had within our price range, as well as giving his personal opinion on the best value for money product. We are delighted with the products we have chosen and are excited to receive them. The customer service within the store was exceptional and we highly recommend dreams to our friends and family. In addition I am very likely to shop here again in the future and will be going back to the store for some bed spreads.

We were assisted by Angelo who spent a considerable amount of time with us, understanding our needs, explaining the variety of matteresses clearly and answering all our questions to a very satisfactory standard. We both had a cup of coffee in store while we were given space to try the different mattresses without feeling under pressure to hurry a purchase. We hadn't gone into the store with the intention to buy merely to research as we didn't have a clue what we were looking for beforehand. But our experience was so positive we bought our new bed there and then and that was largely due to Angelo's information, advice and customer service so we were pleased with our experience that day.

The store assistant, Angelo, was most helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. He also seemed to know the products well as he had no trouble answering any queries that we made.

The staff and Manager were very knowledgeable about the different types of beds. They did not try and sell me something I wasn't happy with. They took into account my disability, as I suffer with Multiple Sclerosis. They took time to allow me to look around the showroom and asked if I would like a drink. I couldn't go away without enjoying the Tempar Experience. I can't wait to have a restful nights sleep in my lovely bed. Thank you very much. Gail Jones. Busbury. Wolverhampton.
