it was a pleasure to go into dreams shop, the shop assistant was very helpful.

Lovely assistant Sharon couldn't be more helpful. Anything we asked wasn't too much trouble

My husband is in a wheelchair and finds moving about very difficult. Angelo, the salesman was extremely helpful finding out what our needs were and directing us towards the beds that were most suited to us. He also gave us time and space to discuss our decision without feeling pressured. Altogether a very positive experience.

James and Angelo were very helpful and didn't rush us. Product knowledge was excellent

Staff were so friendly and we instantly felt at ease and knew straight away this was where we was going to purchase our new mattress from and then we ended up buying a new bed also. We were dealt with by Sanjeev at the Bentley bridge Wolverhampton store and he was lovely, his colleagues were also very nice and friendly too. Was just a lovely experience coming to this store as we had been to several other bed stores and the service was appalling. Would highly recommend this store they were all lovely and we were dealt with to high standard and efficiently. Thank you so much
