Friendly sales man, he seemed to have a good idea what product was suitable for my needs, very helpful and honest about the features of the product quality. Offered me tea or coffee which I thought was very polite. Dreams stores have a good variety of beds and furniture, well pleased. What more could I say 10/10.

The store and the colleagues are really professional, everything was well explained to me about the products I have purchased. Nice and friendly atmosphere, I was offered a drink while deciding on the products. Dreams in Wolverhampton is excellent, I would recommend going.

Jason was very calm, approachable, introduced himself politely, very knowledgeable about products and offers in store. Took time to explain the range of products on offer. He asked us what we were looking for and what our needs were and tailored our purchase to suit our needs.

FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN WE FELT AT EASE THE STAFF GREETED US AND LEFT US TO LOOK AROUND THEN AFTER ABOUT 10 MINS ONE OF THE STAFF CAME UP TO US TO ASK IF WE WERE OK WE WERE OFFERED A HOT DRINK WHICH WAS WELCOMED. AS WE WERE AFTER A MATTRESS SANJ THE SALES PERSONAL WENT THROUGH THE RANGE AND DESCRIBED THE BENNIFITS OF THEM

As we went in an assistant asked us if we needed any help we said we were looking and would come to him when we had any questions or needed any help.We were left to browse at our leisure and when we had anything to ask the staff were very helpful and could not do any more it was a pleasure dealing with them

All the staff at the store were friendly and professional. They were very attentive without being overbearing. Not at any point did I feel pressured to complete a sale. The staff member who dealt with our order was very well presented, knowledgeable, professional, extremely friendly and genuine and an absolute credit to the company. Our order was processed efficiently and all parts of the process fully explained. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to my friends and family.

Sharon who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable, offering drinks and the corresponding pillows to the mattress purchased, and explaining about the pod where you could learn more about the Tempur matress and processes.

I brought exactly what i wanted and was offered product related items . However this was done softly and not agressively
