We went into the store, spoke to Angelo explained what we wanted, he showed us our options and we made our decision and purchased the item.

The assistance given was excellent but not in your face. Dealt with with care and consideration and patience. The store was inviting clean and comfortable.

The sales assistant Angelo was very helpful and friendly he also had a lot of time for any questions/needs that I had. I would recommend this store as they let you have a look around and provide you with a different pillow to help your experience and inform you that you can go on the bed to test it out.

I was greeted at the door of the store and shown immediately to the product I had come to see. Assistance with the suitability of the product for my needs was offered. The order/payment process that followed was thorough and painless.

Sanj at the Wolverhampton store was very pleasant, knowledgeable, not too pushy and even managed to sell us 2 x tempur pillows. You've got to be happy with that Mr Dreams!!!
