I went to the store to look for a mattress and told the sales team what I wanted and she took me to a mattress that was right for me and when I went home I realised that I had ordered the wrong size I phoned up the store and she told me exactly what I had to do so I am more than happy

The staff didn't hassle us when we walked in, which my husband was expecting. They gave us time to look first, then came over just to check we were okay. Friendly and helpful but not pushy. Coffee was good too!

Angelo was extremely friendly and polite. he also explained the differences between the mattresses.

The service received by sanj at your Wolverhampton shop was most excellent. I visited twice before I purchased my flaxby beds and found sanj to be very helpful and knowledgeable. There are so many different products to choose from and I am very happy with the beds I purchased. We look forward to our new beds.

Didn't originally come in to buy a bed but I was impressed with the price and standard of quality available. Sharon and Slim were very helpful and explained everything fully so that I understood. Will definitely come back for future purchases.
