Angelo was our salesman and we could not recommend him highly enough. The guy was friendly, knowledgable and most of all not pushy at all. He gave us all of the information we required and even suggested we had a walk round the shopping complex before making any desision. If you want to buy a bed, visit Dreams in Bentley Bridge and ask for Angelo. Honestly, you will not go wrong!!!! 5 Star service.

Upto now the customer service has been second to none. We have received a phone call from the store to advise of a delay in the delivery of my order. This at the moment does not concern myself. My answers are based on the customer service I have received from the store staff. They were all very polite and professional and we were made a cup of tea by the lady in the store while our order was being taken. I knew what I was looking for in my purchase and the staff were able to show me the differences in the bed I was looking for. While our order was being processed my husband and I were chatting to Slim as we both work in the transport field and we know Brian McArthy who has since joined Dreams. Brian worked for the Home Retail Group and this is how we know him as I work for the compliance manager and my husband is the yard foreman. So as I say up to now all is excellent. I hope that the continued high level of customer service continues in the delivery and assembly of my bed.

Came in the day befor Sanjeev very helpful , showing me all the different mattresses and bases. Gave me a card to bring in next day with my husband . Came in today with my husband very helpful again not pushy, got pillows out to make sure it was right. Very happy with the bed, showed us different bases so very pleased with the service. Had a coffee while we waited to order and Sanjeev explained the insurance to us which we took out. Nice pleasant store all the staff seem pleasant and choice of delivery days very happy.

The sales person that dealt with us was friendly and helpful. He had good knowledge of the mattresses and bed frames we were interested in and appeared to genuinely want to get the best product at the best price for us!
