Helpful staff and received guidance on my product choice.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable to understanding exactly what we were looking for. We were given plenty of time and space to try out the mattresses, there was no hard sell which made us feel comfortable and at ease.

The sales person was very friendly and put us at ease.

Choosing a mattress is a very personal thing to do. I was pleased that the sales staff gave me the important information when I arrived and then kept their distance leaving me to make up my mind at the speed I needed.

The assistant was knowlegible about the product we were looking for,and was able to give us the information to our satisfaction.

I was offered assistance as soon as I came through the door at Dreams Bentley Bridge, I was showed around and products were recommended to my needs. I found the staff all very pleasant and helpful with knowledge of the products. I left the store very happy and pleased with my purchase. The Colleague 'Jason' was most helpful and felt if I needed to purchase another bed I would definitely return.I have already recommended this store to friends and family :)
