Great staff, very helpful and professional. The store looked very busy however the sales assistant didn't rush us to place an order and listened to our requests.

Plenty of choice, no rush made to feel welcome offered tea and coffee. Special thanks to Sanj whose product knowledge was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. He tried to make sure we were happy with our choices and also Manager Slim spent time to talk and help us. overall a very pleasant experience. Could not ask for more help and assistance, I hope that when our purchase arrives we are as happy as we are now.

The sales man we spoke to - Jason, was very friendly and helpful. He actually listened to what we wanted and gave us time to have a look on our own also.

Price was within my expectations and particularly good support from the assistant who helped us view and understand the products.

We were served by Angelo who was fantastic! He was friendly and knowledgable without being 'pushy' which is my pet hate. The advice he offered was brilliant and we ended up with a mattress and pillows that are perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store and Angelo to my friends when they are looking to buy.
