Very very satisfied will the help and professional knowledge of Angelo our sales assistant he even sorted out our 5 year old boy going to the toilet with a female assistant

Customer service was t an excellent standard (served by Angelo at your Bentley Bridge store). The store manager was also very knowledgeable, I was that impressed I took my daughter-in-law to the same store to purchase a bed frame.

The member of staff that assisted me with my search was very friendly and wasn't trying to force a certain item on me, he showed me several items and it I chose the one that I preferred. He assisted me and was able to do a very good deal on the overall price of the bed. Extremely good service and will recommend Dreams to everyone that I know.

The sales rep Sanj was very helpful and a credit to the company and tried to give us the best deal he could, the only negative would be the lead time of the product.

Fantastic support and assistance, I feel the manager approachable and had knowledge on all products I asked about. I was also offered tea and coffee.
