Evangelos who served us initially was very polite and attentive to needs and was very patient. He actually seemed to enjoy his job and this came across during our visit to the store. We changed our minds quite a few times before final purchase but this was not too much trouble at all. The Store Manager was the person who finally placed our order on the computer on the next day when we returned to the store and he really helped us achieve the best deal for us on the day and gave us the confidence to see again in store if there were any queries. Overall excellent shopping experience- would most certainly recommend dreams to others .

Greeted on arrival by a temporary member of staff offered refreshment drink and biscuits, we were handed over to an experienced member of staff called Sharon who listened carefullly to our requirements Sharon then took us to several options to suit our needs encouraged us to test the mattresses before deciding she was extremely informative and most helpful in explaining how the different mattresses would offer different levels of support and comfort this helped us to decide on what we wanted we were so pleased with her service we placed the order the same day. Thank you Sharon for your excellent service and being greeted with a smile you are a credit to your employers.

Staff very knowledgable about their products, friendly and patient. The store is nice and big and displays the items beautifully.

Angelo was extremely helpful, offered us a drink and made the service feel really personal. Listened to our needs and ensured that the products that we ordered would be delivered on time. Even went the extra mile to get us an upgrade on the sprung slats, taking us over the threshold for an extra discount, effectively getting us the bed we wanted for cheaper than it would have been as standard. Fantastic service. Couldn't ask for more.

Jason was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We were not bullied or harassed just given the information we needed and then left to choose and decide.

Friendly Assistant (Sanjeev at Wednesfield store), knowledgeable and answered the questions we asked but then left us to discuss options on our own (there was no pushy sales talk which I dislike). After making our decision Sanjeev went through the bill thoroughly with us. Very satisfied with our visit to Dreams and very happy with the assistance we received.

Staff were very friendly. When you entered the store it was nice that you were able to look round without being bothered. When you needed assistance staff were available straight away.
