It's the Xmas sales and at least 3 members of staff had chance to approach us.

Our assistant Sharon was very knowledgeable, and ensured that the products that we looked at met our personal needs. All staff were helpful and made the visit to the store an enjoyable one.

Angelo made us feel like we could continue looking at the mattresses on our own but call on him when we had any questions. He wasn't at all pushy with the sale which made us feel more at ease with our visit. There was plenty of information on display to help us understand which mattress would be best suited to our needs and what you were getting for your money. Any questions we did have Angelo was able to answer straight away and even provided a visual demonstration of the inside of the mattress we chose and how DNA springs were used. We were very happy with the ease of our visit overall, and our minds were also put at ease when we were told about the 40 night returns policy as picking an item at such high cost is initially very daunting.

My husband and myself were never pressurised at any point during our visit.

I was satisfied because the staff knew what they were talking about, and the advice that was given was very professional and knowledgable. I was there yo purchase a bed for my 15 year old British Gymnastic champion and they advised me on what to get wonderful staff. I did not feel that I was being the hard or pressure sale pitch. I was even steered away from from what Id gone into Dreams to buy as very unsuitable and expensive .

Angels was fantastic, allowed my 6 year old to use the facilities. Went through all the beds sand differences between them

BY FAR THE BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN YEARS. SLIM WAS HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE,INCICIVE AND PLEASANT EVEN MAKING US A MUCH APPRECIATED CUP OF TEA AND HELPING TAKE PURCHASES TO THE CAR.
