VERY HELPFUL STAFF AND FOUND THE MATTRESS I WAS LOOKING QUICKLY

I have used Dreams before (approx 5 years ago) and received excellent information/details on the product I was interested in, which I ultimately purchased. Hence when I needed to purchase a replacement bed I went back to Dreams armed with my online research and questions. The curtesy I received was second to none. I did not feel pressurised into making a purchase and I felt completely at ease with the staff, who answered all the questions I put to them. Excellent service - cannot be faulted.

Friendly staff all questions answered satisfactory assistant very understanding of my needs.

Assistant very helpful with my grandad who I hard of hearing and requires support walking. He was patient and considerate and very polite. He brought things to my grandad instead of him having to walk up and down the shop. Didn't plan to buy a bed on our visit but ended up making a purchase.

Customer service was superb and not at all pushy.very helpful and went beyond to help our purchase

As soon as we entered store we were welcomed by Angelo. After looking round store we decided to purchase a bed and mattress. Angelo helped us choose an appropriate mattress and helped us through the buying process. We were very happy with our service, very welcoming, friendly , offered us drinks and even gave us some free pillows!!!! The staff seemed really grateful of our custom. We will defiantly be returning.

I HAD VISITED THE BILSTON STORE ON TWO OCCASIONS BEFORE THE DAY OF PURCHASE. THE FIRST TIME ROUND, I WAS BEING SERVED BY ANGELO (who remembered me the next two times). HAVING WORKED IN A SIMILAR ROLE TO HIMSELF, I CAN HONESTLY SAY I LEARNED HOW TO GIVE EVEN MORE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONCE HE KNEW WHAT I WANTED HE MADE IT SO SIMPLE. THE 2nd VISIT I WENT WITH ME FIANCE AND HE GREETED HER AS A GENTLEMAN AND SAID HE REMEMBERS ME. ANGELO MADE IT A PRIORITY FOR ME AND MY PARTNER TO TAKE TIME LOOKING AND TESTING OUT PRODUCTS. HE ALSO MADE US TEA WHICH I WAS IMMENSELY IMPRESSED WITH. HE WAS NOT BEING A PUSHY SALESMAN BUT ALSO MADE SURE WE GET THE BEST OUT OF WHAT WE WANT. HE ALSO MADE ALL DETAILS SUCH AS PAYMENT PLANS ETC VERY SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND. IF ME AND MY PARTNER HAD DISAGREED ON SOMETHING, ANGELO WOULD SUGGEST A COMPROMISE WITH HIS PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER NEEDS. WE MADE OUR DECISION AND ONLY PAYMENT WAS LEFT TO DISCUSS. THIS WAS SORTED OUT ON MY 3rd VISIT ON MY OWN. WE OPTED TO PAY IT OVER 30 MONTHS FOLLOWING A DEPOSIT. I WOULD HAPPILY SUGGEST ANYONE TO SPEAK TO ANGELO IF THEY GO THAT STORE. HE HONESTLY GAVE ME THE BEST FACE TO FACE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER :D

The staff were friendly and informative without being intrusive and gave me plenty of time to decide for myself
