Sales person Angelo spent time explaining each product to us, he took into account our needs and showed us the product related to that information. He would then leave to allow us time to look over the product so we did not feel pressured into a sale. We were made to feel welcome but without heavy sales pressure from any member of staff which ensured that we did make our purchase.

Jason was very patient with us even tho our children were playing around. He took time to play with them as we discussed the bed.

The sales people were really helpful, they spent time with us give us quotes on other items and even opened the shop early for us, as we were there at 9.30 and it doesn't pen until 10 o clock.

I had been in a couple of days before making the purchase and had been looking at an item on sale, unfortunatly i didnt make the purchase on the day and when i came back the item was no longer on sale but the man who served me was very kind to help me out so it made up for the price difference. He was very attentive and helpful, explained everything to me.

Felt welcome soon as walked into store got all the information about the bed I was purchasing Was happy with the staff approach didn't seem to pushy for me to make my purchase let me roam at my own time until i approached a member of staff also they offered me a hot drink and sorted the delivery best way possible around me as my girlfriend is pregnant and is dew the time the bed should arrive

Served by Slim. He was friendly, extremely helpful, made me feel like he had all the time in the world to assist me. Explained the difference in mattresses to me and recommended a couple that matched my needs for me to choose from. I felt comfortable and at ease and feel that the purchase I made is perfect for me, regardless of cost. Nice guy I went back to this store as 9.5 years ago I was served there by Sharon. I was in a very difficult position at the time. Basically, I was a complete mess. Sharon served me with compassion, patience and understanding. I was in the middle of a divorce, setting up a new home and completely incapable of stringing a sentence together let alone buy a bed. I left with complete beds for both myself and my daughter, both of which I have only just replaced so Sharon did her job well. Not only that but on a personal level, the kindness that lady showed me is still clear in my mind today. I can recall our conversation almost word for word but to make it even more remarkable when I visited yesterday, she remembered me! 10 years later. That goes above and beyond customer service. You have a customer for life in me as long as you have staff like that

Got everything I needed and plenty of options

Sharon at the Bentley Bridge Store was extremely helpful and asked questions regarding what we were looking for. She had excellent product knowledge and it was the best customer service I have experienced in years.
