We were looking just for a single bed and mattress for our son,after discussing our requirements,we were advised of a better mattress for his bed ,which,made us decide to replace our mattress,too.

Assistants professional approach but with a friendly and personal touch was a breath of fresh air. No pressure on us to purchase any goods.We will be going back soon to purchase more Dreams products.

The assistance I had from Slim the store manager and his colleague Jason was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them, they listened to our needs and delivered.

The sales assistant Sharon was very helpful without being pushy. She offered several options after understanding why I was looking for a new mattress. The actual purchasing process also took less time than I expected

The member of staff didn't rush me, was able to advise of the suitability of the bed I wanted and offered me a choice of headboard. He spent time making sure the purchase I made was the right one for me. He was friendly and efficient and very professional.

The staff was polite and helped us around the shop, advising us with helpful information. There was a great variety of bed bases and mattresses to choose from which gave us more choice to fit our preferences.

There was no pressure from the salesman. We told him we would need to think about the purchase and he left us alone without any problem and was also very helpful on our return.

Very personable,helpful and pleasant staff.

All my questions were answered by the sales assistant and I wasn't hounded but let to decide with time to myself

Angelo was very helpfull and proffesional in attitude towards customer service,wasnt putting us under pressure at all and left us to make our own decisions,greeat service and really pleased,keep up the good work.
