Great looking store, nicely laid out. We were welcomed by Sanj, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about all products. Firstly he offered to make coffe, (which was nicer than starbucks) then asked us our preferences and needs as to what we were looking for then explained the range, including trying different pillows for a different kind of "sleeper". Our order was explained and promptly set up, leaving our whole experience like a dream.. Highly recommend Sanj and this store.

The staff who helped myself and my family today were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable within their field, which made my decision making very easy as I had confidence in what I was being told. I would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending this dreams in particular to family and friends.

The assistant was very patient with me trying out nearly every bed in the store! As it is difficult to make a choice of matress that you want and it has to be comfortable so I really took my time. The assistant was helpful and answered all the questions I had extremely satisfied with the help we were given, didn't buy yesterday as I ran out of time so said we would return today which we did and we were warmly welcomed straight away.

We were able to browse and chat to each other without an assistant breathing down our necks! He was there after introducing himself and being in the background to answer queries etc but not being overbearing making it a relaxed experience.

I'm very happy with the visit and purchase the product in your store. Store staff was attentive and knowledgeable in their actions. Very surprised me suggest coffee when I enter the store. Product prices are affordable and adequate quality. I think, that I visit your store more times in the future. I highly recommend.

Slim was superb, welcoming, jovial and kind. He supported us whilst choosing the single bed and gave great advice. When we asked him about whether dreams did fundraising for charity, he gave us a donation out of his own pocket for Broadmeadow special school Friends charity. It's acts of kindness and generosity like that which cheer your soul when you are a parent of a child with severe multi-layered disabilities.

We have bought our children's memory foam beds from the Dreams store in Bentley Bridge a few years ago from a lady assistant who works there. As soon as I walked into the store I recognised her and asked for her assistance in purchasing a Tempur bed and base. She was as last time knowledgable about the product, not pushy and great with our at times annoying young children! She explained how she wanted another colleague to check all of the order details as she had been awake all night with her husband at hospital until 4:30am! Most staff wouldn't have dragged themselves into work after a night like that so this is why I'm completing this questionnaire. She is a credit to your company. Thank you.

Salesman made us feel really comfortable. He knew exactly which direction to point us in, not just for this purchase but for one we intend to make shortly . Store contained everything we needed.having looked at another store there was no comparison.
