The gentleman who served me has served me before and I was very pleased he was there. Again the team workmanship was excellent. I just love Dreams. The bed I bought on my previous visit arrived at the time they said it would and the men did everything I was told they would. This is exceptional. Thank you Mary Wyatt

This is not my first purchase at Dreams, I was pleased the first time so I decided to return although I did do some shopping around and was not pleased with the other shop.

I was very happy with the service I needed.Bob showed me exactly the,type of bed I wanted and I expect to receive my bed in three weeks which is no problem.Very straightforward and friendly experience.

the advise was precise to the point and the whole proces ran smooth and no delays

All my concerns were dealt with e.g. disposal of old mattress, getting it down stairs etc

James was helpful throughout. He was friendly and gave me plenty of time and help during my visit.

The service was exceptionally good, Bob was knowledgeable about different mattresses, and assisted us with the right mattress for our needs.

I was impressed with the diagnostic machine and with the product knowledge and friendliness of the sales person
