The staff (particularly Slim and Angel) were friendly and knowledgable. They did not put any pressure on us and left us to explore as we wished, coming over to check how we were and to answer any questions we had.

friendly staff with good knowledge of the product we purchased. straight forward and clear when explaining answers to any questions we asked. We have shopped at Dreams before and will continue to do so in the future. It is a little more expensive but the quality of the goods are good.

We were very impressed with our salesman Jason, we told him our problem and he knew straight away what would suit our needs. We were then offered tea/coffee, suggested we wander round after pointing out which would be of interest to us, told us to take our time. He was softly spoken with us so only we could hear the conversation, was invited to lie on each mattress to find out which one we thought was best, he didn't push us or seem impatient but let us make our own minds up. Once decided Jason took us through all the important details, slowly with no sales jargon, which we both understood. Overall Jason was very efficient was very impressed, would definatley go to him if we need any more assistance
