Verry satisfied with the dreams experience form start to Finnish Jason who served us cared for our needs although he had only recently joined you and I don't think we could have been better looked after , credit to dreams for the training program you have in place it works , we had been to beson beds before dreams and the service was ok but not on par to what service we had from Jason as to why we purchased from you

SANJEEV WAS VERY HELPFUL, NOT PUSHY AT ALL. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY POLITE. WE HAD TO WAIT A LITLE WHILE FOR THE WORKSTATION TO PROCESS THE SALE BUT HE APOLOGISED SEVERAL TIMES AND OFFER US A DRINK. THE OTHER STAF WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY.

We went in unsure of which type of mattress would be right for us, and received excellent expert knowledge into the different types of mattress and which they advised would be best for us, without any high pressure selling. We were given time to look and try the products ourselves too which we appreciated.

We entered the store without an exact idea of what we wanted. We were greeted with a smile and an offer of help when we needed it and a cup of coffee. We were then given the time and space you want to walk around the store to find inspiration without being hassled. We were able to try out mattresses and felt the salesperson was more than approachable when we had questions. Everything was explained to us clearly and when deciding on a mattress the salesperson didn't just lead us to the most expensive, he tried to gauge the firmness we liked from our responses. We were also impressed when we had the comfort guarantee explained which means that for our piece of mind, if we are not happy with the comfort of the mattress we can return it within a month of delivery.

Wasn't pushy good product knowledgeable staff Sharon served us we had coffee and chocolates very good delivery will recommend to all friends and family

From the time we walked in the store until we walked out, the staff were very attentive and knowledgable about the product we wanted and gave plenty of time to choose the bed we finally chose. The store and well laid out. Nothing seems to much for staff who worked thereand Jason who was very customer friendly and helped with paperwork.

quick and very helpful staff....friendly and approachable. Store nice and light and spacious-my wife is in a wheelchair,so it was easy to move around the store.

Both members of Staff Jason who approached us in store and Slim who processed our order, we're both friendly, knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. They are both a credit to your store.
