Good in-store service. However, the delivery charge of £39 is excessive and taking advantage of customers not being able to carry-away large, bulky items themselves. I would consider around £20 to be more appropriate.

i have been having a lot of pressure point pain throughout my body. when i went to this store i was not pounced upon but as soon as i looked for assistance with a glance Sanjeev approached and asked me if i needed assistance. I told him what i was after and needed. He proceeded to help me find the perfect mattress , letting me take my time , explaining all the different qualities for the suitable products. I was asked if i wanted a drink, went in the pod and showed the film. All your offers were explained eg price guarantee , 40 nights comfort exchange. Didnt feel pressured at any point which i was hesitant of before i started looking for a new mattress

We were dealt with by Sanj as soon as we walked in the door in a very professional and friendly way. He tailored our exact needs for us from start to finish and found us a reasonable price for it. He was very knowledgeable about the products Dreams stock.

The staff were pleasant, friendly and good communication between them. The coffee was offered more than once and very nice. They are a credit to you.

I was looked after by Sharon. She knew the products and answered all my questions competently but without any silly patter and did not try to push me into a purchase - if she had I would have left! She was genuinely interested in providing me with a suitable bed - I was buying on behalf of some-one in sheltered accommodation and she was helpful and friendly without being pushy - and I am not the easiest person to sell to!!

Slim the store manager listened to my requirements, gave advise on products and with the assistance of the touch board made my choice really easy. The service was very quick, friendly and although I didn't take them up on the offer of a tea or coffee, the offer was a nice touch. I was made to feel welcome, and not bullied or harassed into spending my money. However due to the offers in store I came away with more than I went in for. Just waiting the deliveries at the beginning of October, followed by the later one mid October. Thank you for a pleasant store experience.
