We ordered with the manager of the store, and his knowledge and friendliness was amazing. helped us with the decision and was willing to offer a deal to make us satisfied and happy with the choice made.

The sales guy, Angelo, was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. He was not a "salesman" salesman, and this is good, plenty of time left to think about what is an expensive purchase without feeling any pressure. He also left an appropriate length of time before approaching us to begin with, neither too long nor too short. The store itself and the staff within are well presented. It would be of some help if the completed bed, mattresses and bed-frame-only and headboard only were priced seperatley and clearly as this information has be be looked up.

Me and my husband spent some time to research for buying a lift up ottoman storage bed. We preferred seeing the item before buying. And the first time at Dream's Shopping experience made a very easy start. We particular liked the easy going assistance in the shop. The staff would explain things we were asking for and leave us for our own time to discuss. No demanding purchase made us only focus on the quality and style bed we were looking for. After comparing, we returned and purchased the bed. Delivery and installation also went very smooth. Overall, happy with our purchase, if there is anything we consider to buy for the bedroom, we would like to return to Dreams again.

we found the staff to be friendly (asked if we wanted a drink) attentive when needed,knowledgeable about the products and very helpful as my wife is disabled.

We were able to park with ease, were greeted by a knowlegable and friendly assistant being offered coffee before we had confirmed we were about to order. My Mother was the customer and she is disabled, she was treated with respect and understanding. We were made aware of the system of displaying products and given advise on each. We felt that we were allowed to form our own decision on what we considered to be value for money. The only concern is the length of time from order to delivery, however this is not an issue for us. All in all it would be difficult to have improved on service, there was a little pressure to sell additional added value to the products but our decisions were respected.

The sales assistant was very helpful. We wanted a soft mattress for our bed she showed me the range of soft mattresses that you had in store and she advised us on what would be suitable.a enjoyable visit to your store. I would recommend dreams to family and friends

Jason was very helpful, he spent time showing us different types of mattresses and explaining the different types before leaving us alone to have a try and chat about which we preferred before asking if we needed any further info. It was very nice not to be pushed into buying something just for a sale. Will definately go back if and recommend to friends and family. Thankyou.
