We were served by Angelo he was so friendly and helpful. He didn't rush us when we couldn't decide which mattress to buy.

We were purchasing a bed for my 81 year old mother (whose birthday it was that day). Obviously she had to come with us to choose and test the bed. She had not left the house for 3 months due to illness and this being her first outing was quite a big ordeal for her. We were able to park outside in the disabled spot. Once inside I located a chair and she sat just inside the doorway as her mobility is very limited but she has not yet accepted a wheelchair. We had only been there seconds when Slim, the Store Manager came to our assistance. He was SO helpful and attentive during what was a difficult and tiring outing for Mum. Having identified the suitable base he organised the chosen mattress to be swapped to the base so that she could experience the entire package. This was so much more than usual Salesman service it made Mum feel comfortable and special. She bought the bed and is looking forward to enjoying a good night's sleep. The paperwork was organised quickly and we were able to take the mattress with us. Thank you for making this a hassle free experience AND she saved some money.
