Phil approached us as we entered the store & asked if we needed any help .We said were looking for a 4 foot mattress . He enquired about the type of mattress we required & progressed to show us what was available. Also that we would have to wait as these were made to order. On deciding which mattress we would buy he asked about pillows & showed the selection on offer. All in all found him very helpful.

Philip the colleague was very friendly and most helpful in finding the items we required and explaining all the details we needed to know
