The customer service was excellent could not fault them as we spent 3 hours in the shop and they could not do enough for us.would tell all my friends to go there.

The bed that we would have like to have viewed was not available.

The assistant was very helpful proffessional and willing to help. I had been to the shop previously and the lady was very cold not willing to help she was ignoring me. I went back the following morning for i really wanted this bed and the two men in store were so helpful i would not ask for anything else. Fantastic service i recommend it. Very nice bed

Walked into the shop and was greeted by a lovely smile from your store worker Sharon. She explained to me what different colours meant and let me have an experiment on them all myself. When it came to ordering she was very helpful and was more than happy to help me to organise a delivery and then to promote other products to me such as a duvet, pillows and a mattress topper at a good discounted price too. She completed the order with good speed and was very cheery and chatty throughout which was lovely to have from a sales staff. She was again very helpful in explaining all the terms and conditions that came with this purchase. So thankyou, walked away with a new mattress and all the extras too at a very good price after some very god customer support.

Great Staff, only in the shop 10 minutes and an order was placed for a new bed.

All helpful and friendly staff. Sanjeev listened to our needs and wasn't overbearing. Showed us how to find what we were looking for and then made us a cup of tea whilst we had our own look around. Had a lovely chat but wasn't overfamiliar. Offered us more products to go with our purchase but was not pushy. We almost forgot it was his job to make us spend money. In fact he helped us save money. Exceptional service. We had previously been to Benson for beds and the service there did not even come close to the service we recieved in dreams. Would recommend to friends and family. Would have liked to see a selection of lower tog / summer duvets. Also the super king size divan is not available with the sliding doors but this is not mentioned on the information cards. They are the only improvements that I would suggest if pushed to choose.
