Dreams - Wolverhampton

Very good service from an assistant called Sharon. This is the second time she has sold our family a mattress and both times she has been helpful, knowledgable and courteous. The store was well designed for ease of trying out the beds and the atmosphere calm. We feel as though we can rely upon Dreams as our first visit and purchase was successful.

The assistance was excellent she was very friendly and had great knowledge about the beds and mattresses. She offered all her support but also gave me personal time and space to think about my decision. She was very helpful at helped me to decide which mattress I wanted. She offered me a drink before making my decion and offered again at the time of purchase. She was very helpful throughout the payment as I paid on two cards and also offered a quick delivery date. I was very happy with the service I recieved today.

Sharon offered us supervision as soon as we went into the store which we were very happy with. We ordered a bed within 20 minutes and within half an hour she had had the bed ordered whilst offering us a drink and any support or advice we needed.

I was able to browse around at ease and try different beds. I was able to find a bed within budget which I felt was good quality. We were served well and quickly by friendly and helpful staff.

The layout is brilliant and the staff are very helpful they know the product .

The store had recently been refurbished and did not have many adjustable beds for us to compare. The manager, Slim, took us to another branch where they had a better selection and assured us there was no pressure for us to buy anything from Dreams unless we were totally happy to do so. On our return to the store at Bentley Bridge we were offered refreshments and left alone to discuss what we wanted to do. We decided to buy our new bed there and then rather than shop around as we felt it unlikely we would get the same level of value and service elsewhere. Sanj then did all the paperwork efficiently and still in a friendly manner and we left the store really happy that we had called in there. Our bed is due to be delivered in two weeks and we cannot wait!! Thanks to your staff at Bentley Bridge we had a very positive shopping experience with no pressure or stress.

Sanj at Bentley Bridge store was a great help and helped us make an informed desicion. He knew exactly what he was talking about and offered us a cup of tea which was very nice too. Excellent service overall and a great experience.

Great customer service received from Slim

Sales team Angelo & Slim were extremely helpful and in no way pushing to make a sale. They were extremely patient, time wasn't a problem to them and they answered all my questions and queries in an easy to understand way, whilst still with complete professionalism. I would recommend the store and these sales executives to friends and family.
