I was highly satisfied with my visit as the staff was very friendly an helpful this is my second bed I purchase from dreams. quality is good so as I needed another bed for my brother room I went back to dreams because it is the best quality .

Sharon was very helpful, offered us refreshments and when we explained what we needed she explained the different mattresses and looked after us. We did not feel pressured into making a purchase.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, readily available and willing to help but not pushy: they were able to answer all my questions and the order was dealt with expeditiously. I am impressed by the range of services that Dreams offer, particularly installation, removal of the old item and the option to alter an item if it proves to be unsuitable, within reasonable perameters. Everything that I needed was available.
