The staff member who served us was Angel, he was very friendly and went the extra mile to get us what we were looking for. If he didn't know a price or availability he asked advice from the store manager who was also very helpful. Although the store was in a mess due to having a refit and very noisy with staple guns and drilling they did a very good job in difficult circumstances. We are now awaiting delivery of all of our items and will definitely be going back to order more furniture. Well done chaps you did a good job.

Even though the store was being redecorated, the staff did cope very well and were very friendly. Sanj offered us a drink and allowed us to take our time to look at the products in the store. Once we had found what we wanted he was very helpful and helped us complete our purchase in good time. All staff members very friendly and helpful and were extremely knowledgeable of the products available in store.

I had previously researched my options online. Sharon talked me through what these options were & used her extensive knowledge to advise me. She was helpful, informative and available when I wanted help

This was the first time we had visited this store but on first entering we were greeted by a very polite and friendly guy who introduced himself as Angelo. Although we had a rough idea of what we wanted we were unsure of certain things, however Angelo guided us through everything and gave us a step by step tour of everything from mattresses to wardrobes. He made sure all measurements were perfect and that we were completely happy with our choice. Overall he made us feel like we were the most important customer in the world. After making our choices Angelo talked us through delivery processes, dates etc. Overall our visit was made totally stress free by Angelo he is a credit to the company and what could have been a nightmare was made a DREAM by Angelo. Thanks again and we will definitely be returning.

The efficiency of the staff. The care taken my the staff. My daughter didn't feel very well at the time of our visit the assistant who assisted me went above and beyond to help which was very much appreciated. Very friendly staff. I shall definitely return to the Wednesfield branch

The staff made me feel valued and they made the environment happy to be in the store and want to purchase beds from Dream. Angelo who assisted me through the process of choosing beds to purchasing two beds was fantastic and he is a credit to the company. Hopefully the delivery of the beds will be as professional and customer service satisfaction.

The service from the store at Bentley Bridge was great. Sanj, who dealt with our initial enquiry from start to finish handled our questions perfectly and offered us all the information we needed. He made sure he held the deal until we could get in and went through the process without trying to push us into purchasing anything we didn't, whilst still offering products that may be of interest. On another note, we did go to look at the store in Wednesbury and that was a completely different experience. The staff didn't really acknowledge us and when they did, they weren't nearly as informative or friendly as the team at Bentley Bridge. We came away from Bentley Bridge happy with our purchase and feeling like we had been looked after and advised in the best way, without being patronized.
