I first enquired about purchasing new bed the week before. Sanjeev assisted me, gave me all the information. Showed me different beds. I tried them all and made my Preference known but said could not make decision without discussion at home. Sanjeev kindly printed out details, along with delivery dates available. Excellent service without being pushy. I returned on 3rd July and completed purchase. All details completed. Mattress cover supplied to take old one away together with old bed. Insurance offered, refreshment offered. Couldn't be bettered.

Sant, the salesperson was superb, extremely helpful and patient as we made our decision. He gave us a number of options and was very knowledgable on all products. Definitely 10 out of 10.

We were pushing it for time when we arrived at the store and I was more our less hurtled from a moving car to get inside before closing time. My partner and I were both very stressed as we are both moving house and jobs! We thought we'd jump inside and quickly buy what 'we thought we wanted'. instead we were met by slim who immediately offered us a well needed cup of tea. He enquired as to what we were looking for then proceeded to talk us through our options that would suit both my partner and my needs. He was honest but fair about the products on offer and then encouraged us to try different mattresses until we found the right kingside for us and double for our guest room. He then took us through the documentation and payment process with ease and efficiency. Slim ended up staying 45 minutes late but instead of our experience being one of high Stress levels and a 'just get anything so it's done purchase' my partner and I came away relaxed and happy in the knowledge that we'd been helped to buy 2 mattresses that were perfect for us! Thank you for making moving house that little less stressful!

Sharon our staff member was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable.We tested our mattress before purchase and had a wide choice option.We were offered refreshment and talked through all the different types of products.Fast service on payment and plenty of delivery dates to choose from.Very pleased that our old mattress will be taken away as I was worried how we would dispose of it.Even bought pillows and a mattress protector too !

All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional especially Slim. He listened to what I was looking for out of my mattress and showed me some that were perfect and exactly what I was looking for! He also explained everything to me in plain english when it came to purchasing it which I really appreciated.He is very good at his job and I would 100% recommend him and Dreams to family and friends when they are next looking for a new bed.

We were dealt with quickly, both attendees were very helpful . Very friendly atmosphere! They gave us really good advice and we were able to make our choice on the day and order our bed on the same day. Everything was explained properly. I would recommend going to dreams if you want a bed and mattress to last long we also took the 10 yr garantee which i think is an excellent piece of mind.
