Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful I have been using a hospital bed which has now been removed leaving me with only a chair to sleep in It would have been extremely useful if one was carried in stock to cater for my situation I am not looking forward to sleeping in a chair for4 weeks

We were Highly Satisfied as the member of staff was very helpful also his manager, nothing seemed to much trouble for them to sort our needs out. Very pleasant staff .

I was attended to straight away and greeted in a friendly manner. I was asked if I would like any help and once I explained my requirements I was shown a variety of products. I did not feel pressurised to buy anything and was given time to test products and discuss things as I was shown around the store. The salesman even managed to try and get the same pillow combination I currently use to make the experience as near to reality as possible. The salesman seemed to understand my requirements and although he initially showed me a higher priced bed, more than I was willing to pay, he never once put me under any pressure to buy. I also bought a quilt and he gave me a mattress protector gratis as part of the deal The payment process was quick and easy and throughout the transaction the salesman and I continued to converse in a friendly manner. A very pleasant young man who understood my requirements and who also understood the products he was selling me. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

Friendly and helpful assistance in Angelo without feeling pressured at any point. I already knew which frame I wanted but needed assistance choosing a suitable mattress.

We were not rushed to make a purchase and was given all the information and answers were provided to all our questions. Quotaton was given to us to mull over with no pressure.

The sales manager, Slim, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He had extensive knowledge of the products available to suit our requirements. He processed our order swiftly and was polite and courteous at all times.

The sales assistant opened the shop early El enable us to shop as we were unaware of the opening times and made me and my mom a hot drink while we were completeling the order! It's very rare nowadays to good genuine customer service.

The reception and the friendliness of the colleagues was very helpful. They also offered me some tea and the discussion was also very friendly I also got some good advice about my purchase.
