Sanjeev was very helpful and knowledgeable he made choosing the right bed very easy. I found his help and advice was conducted without pressure.

Warm , friendly helpfull staff, without making me feel pressurised, insisted i take the time to try various beds as they felt it was important for me to be certain of my choice. Clear product knowledge when i specified certain requirements, such as materials and fillings. Made me aware of the Dreams satisfaction policy and extra warranty that was available. My wife and i are simple Black country working folk and at no point did we feel pressured or undervalued as people or customers during our visit, the whole experiance was a pleasure and we are glad we chose Dreams and especially this store.

The gentleman whom assisted me could not have been more helpful especially seeing as I visited the store with my 4 year old son. I was offered extraordinary hospitality while I was in store and it was clear to me that all of the staff there take a huge pride in what they do. I arrived with vague information which I was helped with in interpreting into exactly what I wanted. In short I received an excellent service rarely found these days. From the moment I entered the store I was met by a friendly face. The store assistant (Jag) was professional and extremely helpful without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble. Jag gave me time to look around and weigh-up my options; even waiting for me to call my husband a few times before purchasing. Payment was quick and easy with every step explained and I was able to choose my delivery date. Jag explained that I could amend delivery in the next 48 hours along with amending my order if I chained my mind. A very pleasant experience made all the better by Jag's professional attitude and demeanour.

Sanj was a lovely guy, who helped us in a professional manner throughout. We felt very much at ease with him and he knew a lot about the products. In addition it was nice to be given time to test different mattresses.

Angelo helped me pick a new mattress, i've being having problems with my back and sleeping, he listened to what I needed and wanted and gave me a selection to choose from based on what I said, then left me alone for a few minutes to allow me to choose without putting me under pressure. My mom was with me and she was pleased with the service and how polite he was. We would recommend using Dreams based on that visit. really happy with the service.

The first day I arrived in your store I had my puppy with me, so I sent my husband in to look at the beds The staff were very helpful and let me in the shop to look with my husband, we tried many mattress and the service from the sales assistant was fantastic we left undecided, the next day we came back retried and brought a bed from your store the staff remembered us which was very nice and made us feel very welcome, so a very big thank you to the staff at Bentley bridge Wolverhampton.
