The member of staff who dealt with us was helpful, knowledgable, clear and courteous. We felt comfortable taking our time to try different beds and were not made to feel awkward about the price range we wanted. The product range is very good and to our surprise we found what we wanted quite quickly. The offer to exchange the bed under certain fully acceptable conditions was much appreciated. We hope that you really do recycle the old beds as claimed - that was a plus.

The two gentleman who looked after me where very helpful they gave me coffee and helped me on and off the beds that I tried for comfort told me all about the mattresses firmness

On arrival was given a sufficient amount of time to brouse, before a friendly lady called Sharon came over to help and asked if we would like a hot drink. We told her our specific needs for the mattress e.g Back problems, she then showed us the different springs and pointed out the better one for us, which was the pocket spring and then directed us to some mattress's to try, was patient, explained about the 10 year guarantee with no added sales pressure, which we feel is very important as it allows you time to decide what you want to do and once we had decided, sharon made the sale very stress free and went over and beyond making the Dream's first time experience for us a pleasurable one and one where we will in the future make a return visit.

I visited the Bentley bridge store in order to purchase a new bed. I was assisted by Angelo. He was very polite and friendly. Where usually I find sales people pushing me into buying anything Angelo was very helpful, friendly and had good knowledge about the beds. He helped me with my purchase and even gave me advice on what to do if I wished to make any changes to my delivery ect. I am very grateful to Angelo as he made my visit to dreams a very happy one and made me feel comfortable and welcome.
