Sharon and Slim were both wonderful during the entire purchase. There was another guy whose name I cant remember who was equally lovely. Sharon really took the time to talk through the best option for me and her patience whilst I kept changing my mind was a welcome change. I am a returning customer to Dreams as I previously purchased in Stoke. Some items were out of stock and I returned a few weeks later to pick them up, Sharon greeted me with a hug and made me feel like a returning friend. Amazing customer service and I would highly recommend this store to my friends. Sharon worked really hard to get the bed and accessories to within my budget and whilst I would've preferred to pay less (wouldn't anyone!) I feel that I have purchased the correct bed for me and at the best price possible. Sharon and Slim if you get to read this - Thanks for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed when you know the traumas and tribulations I had endured....from the bottom of my heart thank you. Lovely people, great service and looking forward to the fresh start and a good nights sleep x

I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so needed to browse a bit. I was approached in a friendly manner when I arrived at the store to see if I needed help and, without being pushy, they told me they were there if I needed to ask anything. After browsing, I asked for help and Angelo came to my assistance straight away. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful - not to mention patient as I changed my mind a few times! It was nice to be left to look around without being 'pounced on' for the hard sell and I appreciated that. The delivery dates were somewhat further away than I had hoped but ultimately it wasn't a problem. Very good atmosphere in the store - staff really friendly.

Having just left another Bedding supplier and received very poor service, in fact I walked out in discussed. I arrived at Dreams some 15minutes later, not in a very good mood. I was greeted by an assistant by the name of JAG. He presented himself very well. Due to his interaction with us we were able to identify the product required very quickly. He spent the next 15 mins going through the product with us and was ready to answer any questions asked of him, all the time being very pleasant and polite. I cannot fault your service and will be using you again in the future. Thank you JAG for your service you were excellent.

Fast friendly service without being pushy. Sales assistants were very helpful and knowledgeable. Good range of products and offers.

during our visit to dreams bentley bridge wolverhampton, we were greeted by sharon and showed where different types of mattresses were located. She was very helpful, also offering tea/coffee. We did,nt feel pressured at all and were left to try many different mattresses. once we had found the one for us sharon helped us every step of the way, informing us of the warranty availiable, which we did purchase , special offers on pillows and duvet,s, through to delivery and payment. Thanks sharon for making our visit a very happy and pleasant shopping experience.
