The help we received was brilliant. Products were not forced upon us if we didnt like them, alternatives were given and was shown the perfect product that fulfilled our needs

The assistant was friendly and helpful. He had the product knowledge of the Tempur mattresses.

The service was great the Mattres Iv chose I believe is one of the best and can't wait for it to arrive .

I was assisting my aged parent's-in-law to purchase 2 x adjustable beds. Being of an age where they both suffering mobility and understanding issues, I had fully researched the product that I believed they needed. The purpose of the show room visit for for them to see, test and appreciate the benefits that these beds would bring. This would hopefully mean that they more fully supported an expensive purchase. The assistant, Sanj, totally understood what I was trying to achieve and responded brilliantly. He gave us assistance, and tea, when required; and left us alone to "play" for as long as we need. The visit was a total success and thoroughly enjoyable

from buying the mattress to having it delivered, we had first class care thank you to sanjeev and his team, All so to the guys who delivered it to us thank you for your help, l would go back to Dreams at Bentley Bridge if l need anything in the future

Jag found us the item we were looking for, explained the mattress pricing clearly, managed to overcome difficulties with waiting times and delivery dates and phoned me to let me know what was happening. The bed was delivered on the day specified at the time specified. The delivery team were polite clean and efficient. The bed is exactly what we were looking for. The only negative comment I have is that delivery charges were quite high. On items costing this much I would like to see free delivery or only a nominal charge.
