We had been shopping around for a mattress and the other stores did not simply compare to our experience in dreams. The choice was excellent with the prices easily displayed and were at very good value. The mattress itself seemed to be very good quality and extremely comfortable, we can't wait until it arrives next week. What made the overall shopping experience outstanding was the sales advisor called Jag. He was very friendly and approachable and his knowledge was outstanding. He was able to answer all of our questions with sound experience and offered really good advice and guidance. He did not pressurise us at all leaving us to chat about the order but discreetly checking in on us to make sure we were fully informed and even made us a lovely coffee. Would highly recommend to friends and family , just hope the product will match the 5 star service we had today, well done.
