Dreams - Wolverhampton

We were allowed to browse at our leisure and then once we had done so the Dreams Colleague, Sanj, validation code 914 was very helpful and obliging, he was not pushy and we felt very comfortable being dealt with by him.

Our visit to Dreams was very helpful in purchasing a new bed. Sanj who served us was very enlightening about what sort of mattress we needed.

Overall service was very good. Angelo and Slim deserve great credit for their product knowledge and customer service skills. The balance between being on hand to offer advice and leaving me alone to view and test products was struck perfectly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made choosing the right bed for my daughter a pleasurable experience

We were welcomed to the store and a staff member immediately asked if we required assistance - which we did. We were then given help and advice throughout our time in store and purchased a mattress pillow and protector.

Sales assistant was very knowledgable on my first visit and when I returned to purchase the product she remembered me and we had her full attention. Ordering and paying process was straight forward

We were really pleased with our experience. The Dreams colleague Jag was brilliant. He gave us advice on what would suit us after we gave him the info on the sort of bed that we were looking for. We were offered tea/coffee, tried a few different beds/pillows. He showed us one which was in the sale at a great price plus we had a lovely headboard to go with it (again in the sale at a great price). Jag even threw in a few extra pillows at no extra cost. All in all I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received and would recommend to anyone looking for a bed to give Dreams a look before going anywhere else. Thanks Jag.

After a greeting and an explanation of the layout and products on display, Angelo quickly realised what we were looking for and guided us around the showroom pointing out the various features we had explained were of interest to us. The prices for our chosen options were quickly obtained to enable us to make a final decision. The order was speedily compiled with a full explanation of other services such as the 10 year guarantee with free mattress protector and the disposal service.

We couldn't see the bed we'd seen online in the Bentley Bridge store. Knowing he might lose a sale, "Slim" gave me directions to another store where we could see the bed "in person". With such great consideration for the customer we decided to return to the Bentley Bridge store to order the bed
