The sales staff member was very friendly, and approached and acknowledged me when I entered the store.

We were approached by the colleague (Jag) when we first entered. He asked if we needed help and we said we were just browsing. He retired and gave us the space to look at things in our own time and way; there was no overt hassling to try to sell us items. We then approached him and asked for more information about a bed. This Jag was able to give to us in a precise and knowledgeable way. He outlined the alternatives and options but never tried to foist any extra expense on us. He explained all the charges on the bill for the bed frame that we purchased. Overall, it left my wife and I with a very favourable impression of the store and of Jag as a Sales Assistant.

The help we received from the sales personnel was first class (ie he new the product and left us to browse) The delivery was as arranged, they also took the item upstairs which for me was a great help.

We didn't feel pressurised by the staff as we entered the store. We were given time to browse before being approached by staff. The staff were extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful-even offered us a free drink and didn't bat an eyelid when the kids started to test the beds out too! Slim, the store manager, dealt with our purchase. What a credit to the company. Thank you Dreams

when we walked into the store we were greeted politely. The sales assistant recognised us from when we visited the store and made a purchase previously, we were really impressed. He even remembered what we had purchased. He did a lot of fact finding and was attentive, listened and understood what our needs were. Jag didn't once pressure us into any sale or add ons it was all our own decision. He had extensive product knowledge and showed us the best range our money could buy. We will certainly return if we need anything else and would encourage our friends and family to shop at the Dreams store. Fantastic A1 service….. Thanks Jag

Jag gave us the information we needed and time to make our choice. Jag was courteous and had a good product knowledge. He was attentive but gave us space to chose our bed.

Jag the sales assistant was attentive and did a lot if fact finding to establish our needs. His product knowledge was amazing and showed us the best products in our price range. All staff were friendly but not pushy and hd a coffee whilst browsing. Comfortable relaxed experience. Fabulous!
