Our store rep jagdeep was very friendly and knowledgable. He gave us a great deal and even made us a cup of tea! We were very satisfied an are looking forward to receiving our bed.

We we're welcomed very warmly by Sharon an she helped to explain all the types of mattresses an helped us choose the right one for us both. Which was a great help as we had no idea wot type we needed, she was very knowledgeable an helpful an very friendly.

On our first visit a lady called Sharon attended to us who was very very helpful we said we would return in a couple of days when we had done some measuring when we returned Sharon was busy with another customer but acknowledged us as soon as she saw us and asked a colleague to help, us this was a man called slim who turned out to be the managed. He again was extremely helpful.The customer service we received from both Sharon and Slim was second to none and I cannot speak highly enough of them. On both occasions my husband and I were asked if we would like a drink (tea or coffee) we declined their kind offer. I was even more impressed when we had a call today to say that the balance of our order can be delivered next week, the first part of our order being delivered direct from the store earlier in the week. We purchased a bed approx 12 months ago from Dreams, Sharon being the assistant who served us on that occasion also. She is a lovely lady and it has been a pleasure to make purchases on both occasions from this store.

excellent service by jag. he wasn't pushy but available and informative. he easily resolved our mistake re sizes without any issue. your delivery team dan and luke were also spot on time wise , good communication , friendly and helpful and very considerate. all in all it is the best purchasing experience from point of view of service I have had I a longwhile thank you

when we entered dreams bentley bridge we were greated by a member of staff named jag, he was friendly, polite, patient and made our shopping experience easy. he asked what we were looking for and gave us all the information we needed. this was one of the best customer service experiences i have ever received in any store ive ever been in, we will return to this store every time we need anything for our bed purely because of the service we received from this individual
