I required a KS mattress for a spare bed. I enquired about the combined sprung/memory foam mattresses, as I had seen some advertised. Dreams had a good choice, and I purchased one. However, it seemed a little expensive compared to others I'd seen. The 'free' gifts, and the attention and assistance I received from all of the staff, from the sales lady, to the assistance taking it to the car, did somewhat make up for the higher price, but that is the reason I was not highly satisfied.

No issues with service in store and placing order However charge of removing the existing bed for customer and putting the new bed together was atrocious ! It would have added £70 to final cost and we paid delivery charge Also delivery messages were good on delivery on phone but then did try guy rang to say he would be earlier as they’d had cancellations ! So I had to tell them sorry they’d have to wait as it was inconvenient This was adhered to though

I wish he would of explained pricing to me abot more thoroughly as I didn't realise my mattress was 2200 pound. If I'd of been told I may of thought about a cheaper one but overall I'm super excited..

Over all satisfying job

I am satisfied. The operator I spoke to didn’t add the assembly service to my order which I had to phone back for and the first available delivery time is 3 weeks after delivery which is quite a long time to wait.
