Your upto 60% discount wasn't shown on any of the prices and therefore when buying a £1000 mattress expecting a discount we were told it had already been discounted , so your trick to get people through the door is misleading

The issue was solely the result of an IT failure which lost my order. The store staff rallied round apologised and helped Pav complete the purchase, which had to be done again clerically, within a few hours l had been contacted and was able to return to the store (my choice) and pay my deposit to guarantee delivery on 20/8 rather than by phone. I have impaired hearing. I am aware that the problems created by lT support, is seldom seen as an opportunity to improve, it seems your staff are no different. This is a pity because l thought Pav and colleagues were first class
