I was very dis-satisfied with the questions asked whilst requiring H.P. for my purchase as I thought some questions were pretty personal, although it was not the fault of the assistant that served me.

Delivery charge not mentioned seems rather high. Would have thought it would be free if you spend a certain amount.

Price of mattresses very high, this is the reason I was not highly satisfied. Dreams worker Sanj was very helpful and informative.

I went in to the store just before Christmas and priced up 3 bed with the help of a lovely man who worked there. The price was a little more than l wanted to pay. So l looked about and found better deals for some of the beds. I fell in love with one of the beds so decided to going in the store on boxing day to purchase the bed because it was in the sale. When l got there l noticed the bed had gone up by £50 but then you could have 20% off. I spoke to someone about the price and told them what happened. But was told l had it wrong. Sadly l didn't have the paperwork on me to prove it, so took the assistant word for it. I purchased the bed but when l got home, l found the paperwork. I was right, before the boxing day sale the bed was £350 but in the sale £400. So didn't save anything really.
