We visited your Wolverhampton Bentley bridge store on the 10/05/21 on entering the store we was greeted by a man, who asked an assistant to come assist us her name was pav, from the start she was very friendly, we said we was looking for a bed and we was very impressed with her service, she had great knowledge of all the 5 different mattresses she matched us to, she really listened to what we wanted which actually was a factor to us spending a lot more! We had a price we wanted to spend £1300 max but due to pav and her knowledge and service she gave we spent £2160 we will recommend her to are family and friends and she is a big asset to the store we feel lastly with all the covid rules she made us feel really safe and the practices that was in place we felt was very good

The lady who assisting me was absolutely fantastic a great ambassador for your company Her knowledge of product was outstanding and she made suggestions of different materials, and frames I must say she went above and beyond my expectations

Friendly service with a good knowledge of the products. Covid safe environment. Delivery in a week with recycling option taken. A good range with prices for all budgets

Pav was extremely helpful and took the time to answer my wife’s queries, as well as advising us well on the product differences.

The products available were excellent and the staff were friendly and very efficient and knowledgeable. The assistant, Abul, who took care of us was excellent.
