James the salesman could not do enough for us he was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the mattresses and beds etc sold in store. Brilliant guy, can’t thank him enough.

All staff at dreams were very helpful and polite Rachel talked us through everything to do with our purchase We were offered drinks And we felt safe while we were there.

The knowledge of the assistant. the testing of suitable mattress to fit my requirements and the friendly assistant who explained in detail the kind of bed and mattress i should buy

The customer service representative was called James. I visited the Bentley Bridge store. The service was quick, James was knowledgeable about the products and assisted well. I already knew what I wanted and he listened and was polite and wasn't robotic.
