I was ordering two beds and mattresses on line so was a bit worried about the quality/firmness of the bed and mattress. I was initially chatting to your colleague on line and they then very quickly got Harj to call me from the sales team. He was was knowledgeable and patient over the phone and once the bed and mattress was ordered, delivery was arranged. The service was excellent and the help given over the phone to make a decision on which bed to get was very professional.

I ordered the sofa bed over the phone and wanted to purchase it on finance. Harj who dealt with my purchase was really helpful and guarded me through the finance contract with ease,as I am not very good with computers.I cannot praise him enough.A brilliant service.
