Dreams - Wolverhampton

This bed is to replace our old bed which we also purchased from dreams but instore. This time we viewed online then called and spoke to a gentleman called Slim who was a very happy,polite and knowledgeable man who gave me all one information I needed about what I was going to buy and made the whole process easy and relaxed. Not received the bed yet so can’t comment on that but very happy with the sales experience.

The person and the call centre had very good knowledge of the products available. He was able to very quickly find exactly what I needed. I am also impressed with the delivery times despite COVID. We always purchase our beds from dreams as we always have a great buying experience and thoroughly enjoy sleeping in the beds!

The Dreams telephone operator was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Although he “unsold” items I didn’t feel compelled to purchase but his explanation made sense and I felt like he wanted me to get the best from the company and the service they provide, I felt he genuinely cared about me getting the best within my budget!

Whilst I had some issues with placing my purchase through the website, in that the website simply wouldn’t let me complete the purchase (maybe due to traffic during a sale), when I followed up through phone the order process was seamless and simple. Staff more than helpful and run through the order in minutes, and even with COVID-19 restrictions, the delivery time was a lot earlier than expect.

Knowledgable customer service, and very helpful

Phoned for assistance and would highly recommend Surinda. He Was knowledgeable about all products. Talked me through all aspects of finance and the delivery date was really good.

The sales assistant ensured to give us different options and spoke through all of the pros and cons to each item. Given it was over the phone the sales assistant made an effort to create a rapport with us and provided a great service!
