The advisor on the phone was very helpful and adviced me on what mattress was best for my teenage sons He sold me the mattress that was good for me not the most expensive one

Rachel was very friendly and knowledgable. She talked me through the mattress tester machine and did not take too long

The store assistant was top class and had a lot of knowledge. The service that was provided was great and I felt very welcome.

Found exactly what I was after with the help of store assistant within a few mins of entering the store... really polite helpful staff...

Spoken to and put at ease as soon as we walked into the store. Asked if there was anything specific we were looking for, and then I guess the fun began. We were shown all kinds of options to what we wanted and everything was very well explained to us. Very satisfied with the way we were dealt with.

Safty observed ,courteous ,clean and very knowledgeable friendly staff
