Everything from start to finish was fantastic. I’m total I visited 2 different Stores, one in cannock and one in stafford. The price of the product put me off as £1,000 is a lot of money for a 24 year old man. But I waited until Black Friday to receive £300 off! I was ready to order online as I had tested the mattress at both stafford and cannock stores. Both stores were really helpful and the dreams machine was perfect in matching me with the right maters. I had a question regarding the service plan so I phoned to speak with an advisor. Before I knew it I was rest assured and went a head with the purchase. I even received an extra £20 off and upgraded mattress protector. Everything had been perfect so far and I can’t wait for my order to arrive

We had purchased Sloane Champagne bedroom furniture from Dreams in Colchester in June 2017 and were highly satisfied with the purchase. Unfortunately we had a fire in our bedroom on 6th November 2020 caused by an electrical fault and as a result our bedroom furniture was written off together with numerous other items. Our clothes in the wardrobes have been sent away for specialist cleaning and hopefully can be cleaned. Following this traumatic experience we were desperate to have the same bedroom furniture again so I emailed Dreams and my email was answered by a lovely lady called Stephanie (Steph). She was very sympathetic to our plight and immediately put our minds at ease by assuring us the furniture was still available. Steph also greatly assisted us by making contact with Dreams Wolverhampton branch who made the order for us, A lady called Tara. We can't thank Steph enough and she is a credit to your company.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was named Slim. His product knowledge was excellent. I told him what I wanted and he immediately knew what products to offer me. I was worried about not being able to physically go in the store because of COVID but Slim was brilliant and and I was confident about placing an order after speaking to him.
