I bought my 3rd matress from dreams. As usual the assistant was very very helpful.this time Hollie was the one who helped us.she knew exactly what matress we wanted, and when we've been offered a free matress protector with the warranty which wasn't on the stock she saw we weren't happy,she decided to give another one from the stock , much expensive just to see us content! Like always dreams respects their customers! Really happy!

Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. And very patient as we lapped the store a few times. Price for mattress was reasonable but frames seemed a little expensive.

From walking into Bentley Bridge store to receiving our mattress we had excellent service from start to finish and fast delivery. Salesman was very knowledgable and friendly and knew what we were looking. Also excellent communication with regards to delivery from email, test message and phone call. Very polite, friendly delievery men. Very satisfied customer, thank you.

I was rarely pleased with the way Ryan helped us choose the right bed and mattress and very polite to me and my wife. Will tell others how we were both treated in the store thank you for your help
