Friendly welcome by a store assistant who talked us through the process of choosing a suitable mattress. Gave us loads of information and was knowledgeable about the different mattresses available. We were satisfied with the covid arrangements in place (hand sanitiser by the door, disposable PPE for us to use to try out the mattresses. Felt safe when sat ordering our mattress with the sneeze shield.
