I found the store to be very well laid out and clean. I was approached by James within a reasonable time frame not jumped upon but not left to just try the find the things I wanted alone either. He was very patient with me and did as much as he could to meet my needs that was possible within the store. Before hand I had been to benson for beds but left after a little look around due to not being agnoledged and when I was finally spoken too the sales person she was not very helpful or knowledgeable. From start to finish I was highly satisfied with the service I received i was also given a bottle of water as it was an extremely hot day then whilst I was sat down to complete the sale I was also offered coffee to which I excepted. I will be shopping in this store again and recommending to friends and family. All the staff I came across being James, Angela and Slim are lovely, polite and obviously very good at what they do as u am hard to sell too lol

We were able to find our product and the service in the store was outstanding.

The staff who dealt with us was Angelo he was brilliant. He was patient and helped us get the exact bed our daughter wanted. He wasn’t pushy and listened to our requirements. He had very good knowledge. Over the weeks we have visited various other bed companies and nobody met our needs but Angelo was able to understand our needs. The manager Slim was also very accommodating. Very friendly and knowledgable store. I would like to thank the staff and hopefully we will have a success with the delivery team too.
