We were met almost instantly when we walked in. We were encouraged to use the machine to help us understand what type of mattress might work for us. There were lots of options for us to try and staff were always on hand and dedicated time to explain and answer our questions. They took on board our feedback and didn't show us items that weren't relevant. The process of setting up the finance was well explained. We were impressed at the speed at which the items could be delivered to us. Even though Rachel was new, she was a huge help and was very knowledgable. The whole team helped out where needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely will be recommending Dreams to other people.

She gave us plenty of time to decide and when we said we’d think about it and come back she was not pushy (which would have put us off). The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave good advice, showed us several suitable beds then left us to make a decision without pressing for an answer.
